RiSSC committs itself to Gender Equality: published the RiSSC Gender Equality Plan 2023

RiSSC committs itself to implement advices from the European Commission’s gender strategy.

RiSSC produced its first Gender Equality plan 2023 to reach the following purposes:

to set a conceptual framework and a policy instrument for ensuring the constant promotion of gender equality within the Research Centre
to distribute opportunities avoiding any discrimination based on sex/gender, age, discipline or ethnic background, while promoting merit and excellence
to prevent sexual or sexist violence
to promote better balance between carrier and work-life
to distribute opportunities
to promote awareness-raising actions
